Without everyone's loyal support, The Epsilon Tau Housing Corporation could not continue to function. Our members are our lifeblood, and their dedication has allowed us to grow in numbers and continue to build that lifelong bond of Sigma Chi. The Sigma Chi Fraternity house is not just a home to our undergrad brothers, but a symbol of our pride and dedication to the white cross.

Housing Corp. donations go strictly for housing and housing related costs. Of the annual budget of $70,000 - $75,000 of expenditures, the active chapter provides roughly 80% of the funds and the other 20% needs to come from alumni contributions. These expenditures are for mortgage payments, utilities, property taxes, property and liability insurance (risk management), house improvements and maintenance, special projects, etc. We particularly depend on alumni support during the summer months when most of the active chapter members are at home working summer jobs.

We have made it easy for you to renew your commitment to Sigma Chi and pledge your support to Epsilon Tau through a donation program we like to call the Housing Corporation Donor Club. (See 2007 Housing Corp Donor Club Members)
